Chris is the CEO and founder of SellOutSource, with over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing.

VP of Sales for the Charlotte Knights for 14 years. Was a part of the transition to the new uptown ballpark, including securing one of the largest naming rights deals in minor league sports history, along with over $60 million in long-term sponsorship and ticket commitments. The Knights became the industry leader in attendance and revenue from 2014 to 2017.

​Founded Semmens Sales Consulting in 2017 and assisted teams in improving their sales and revenue systems, training, and procurement of naming rights. He has been involved in several naming rights deals, securing partners in Charlotte, Gastonia, and Kannapolis; Consulting on deals in Charleston, WV, Binghamton, and Columbia, SC.

Chris is originally from Syracuse, New York, but has called North Carolina home for the past 30 years. He is a die-hard fan of Syracuse University sports and the New York Yankees. He is a volunteer coach for Miracle League and a regular guest speaker at several colleges, mentoring students.
