Chris is the CEO and founder of SellOutSource and has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Career highlights include positions with Combined Life Insurance, Winston-Salem Warthogs, Joel Coliseum, Greensboro News & Record, and the Charlotte Knights. As VP of Sales for the Knights, he was a part of the transition to the new uptown ballpark, including securing one of the largest naming rights deals in minor league sports history. The Knights became the industry leader in attendance and revenue from 2014-2017.

He founded Semmens Sales Consulting in 2017 and assisted teams in improving their sales and revenue systems, training, and procurement of naming rights. He has been involved in several naming rights deals including Charlotte, Columbia, SC, Kannapolis, Binghamton, and Gastonia. In 2020, he started SellOutSource to help businesses grow by generating qualified new sales leads.

Chris is originally from Syracuse, New York, but has called North Carolina home for the past 30 years. He is a die-hard fan of Syracuse University sports and the New York Yankees. He is a volunteer coach for Miracle League and a regular guest speaker at several colleges, mentoring students.
